Programs

We understand that each customer is unique. We have structured these programs to meet the most common requests by our customers.

Standard Program

Enhanced Gain Share Solution allows our customers to take advantage of our volume discounts. Pooled Rate savings are shared 50% - 50%.

Freight Bill Pay & Audit Program receives, audits, processes and pays the carriers’ invoices. The customer receives one invoice from LTL Management weekly and management reports monthly.

Least Cost Carrier Lookup provides an automated, fast and accurate means to determine the best rate for each shipment. It takes the guess work out. Additionally, the Least Cost Carrier Lookup displays the expected delivery schedule. An added benefit of the Least Cost Carrier Lookup is the ease of proving freight quotes internally.

Gold Program

The Gold Program encompasses all the features of the Standard Program plus;

Transportation Management Software, iShipForLess, is LTL Management’s proprietary web accessible software that allows our customers to create Bills of Lading, E-Tender, Track - Trace and manage their shipment information. iShipForLess includes the Least Cost Carrier Lookup feature. iShipForLess can be integrated with many ERP and WMS systems.

Platinum Program

The Gold Program encompasses all the features of the Gold Program plus;

An assigend Shipment Specialist whom handles your shipments for you. You send the shipment information to our Shipment Specialist and we will handle the entire shipping process from beginning to end.

Reporting

Weekly 

Account Payables receives one statement from LTL Management. The statement lists each Reference Number, BOL Number, Origin & Destination, Freight Cost and the Gain Share Discount. The Gain Share Discount is taken by the customer weekly. 

Monthly

Monthly Savings Summary: Reports the savings by shipment.

Lost Opportunity & Compliance Report: Report details each shipment and whether or not the best priced carrier was used. Report gives system suggested carrier versus the actual carrier.
